ConGusto LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Con Gusto platform and Con Gusto Mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data when you use the platform.

• Job and property data including descriptions, addresses, notes, and related workflow information.
• Photos and files that you explicitly upload while using the product.
• Approximate location, when permission is granted, to help navigation to job sites.
• Crash and usage data to improve reliability and usability.
• Push notification preferences and delivery-related information when notifications are enabled.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the product.
• To deliver job-related updates and notifications.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who help operate the product, with authorized members of your organization, or when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business need. Deletion requests can be sent to privacy@congustoapp.com.

The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
